We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. However, we do understand that sometimes things don’t go entirely as we wish they would!
Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we must be made aware of any issues within 24 hours of collection or delivery. In the very unlikely event of a quality issue with flowers, please contact us using the form & send an image over for us to review. We will then contact you to discuss your options.
Once an order has been placed, cancellation of your order is only possible in exceptional circumstances and is entirely at the discretion of Wild Stems.
Wild Stems reserves the right to reject any order for any reason. Wild Stems does not need to inform you of the reasons for this rejection. In this situation, a full refund will be offered. Once a refund has been received, the contract will be considered cancelled.
If you have placed an order & wish to change your order, please email or call us as soon as possible. This is to ensure that we have time to amend the order prior to delivery or collection. Although we will endeavour to make amendment requests on the day of delivery or collection, we cannot guarantee that these changes will be able to be made.
All floral Products are subject to availability. In the event of any difficulties with supply, or if the flowers we have received from our growers do not meet our high quality standards, Wild Stems reserves the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent or greater value and quality. We will endeavour to contact you in this instance, but cannot guarantee this.
Delivery charges are applicable & payable where listed.
Wild Stems will endeavour to provide care instructions for every floral product we supply.
Wild Stems guarantees to use the freshest flowers possible and have set high standards for all of our products. Colours & varieties may vary from that seen in photos, due to seasonal availability & quality.
As some of our Products are fresh and perishable, we cannot guarantee how long they will remain fresh. This is dependent on a variety of factors that are outside of our control (ie. temperature in property, exposure to direct sunlight, water quality etc.) In addition, the shelf life of a flower can differ from stem to stem.
It is important that the flowers are cared for correctly. Exposing flowers to heat sources or draughts, failing to change the water or condition the stems of fresh flowers, can result in premature perishing.
Dried flowers are extremely delicate & therefore must be handled with great care. Stems are best left tied together to provide extra support & strength. Some dried flowers can last for years, however this will depend on a number of factors that are out of our control & therefore there is no guaranteed life given for all products purchased.
On very rare occasions, the product may arrive at the destination damaged. In the event that this has happened, please contact us immediately, providing photographs so that we can determine what has gone wrong.
Wild Stems needs to be informed of any issues within 24 hours of the delivery or collection, to give us the best chance of successfully resolving the issue. At our discretion, Wild Stems will consider issues raised after the 24 hour deadline, but reserve the right to refuse the options of refunding or resending the order.
Wild Stems may be faced with website, email or system issues from time to time. In the event that there is an error which results in an issue with your order, we will attempt to rectify this where possible. In certain circumstances, it may not be possible for Wild Stems to fulfil the order and we will contact you to amend or refund the order.
From time to time, we may need to restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site for maintenance.
